Heat management

Slot Grill heat control is intentionally simple. Spread charcoal for a broader moderate zone, concentrate it for stronger heat, or add fuel as needed. Leave yourself a calmer edge whenever possible so food has somewhere to move if browning gets ahead of the inside.
